| is easier than removing the tranny? You would need to remove the drive shaft, shifter linkage, positive starter wire, clutch slave and cats/testpipes to get it out. If you drop the front suspension cross member then you would only have to unbolt the cats/testpipes from the down pipes, unbolt the steering knuckle, unbolt the sway bar from the chassis and tension rods from the lower control arms. I have found it to be less hassle and a little quicker, + you don't have to drain the tranny using this method.
*disclaimer*: all that I say may be true or I may be completely wrong and I accept that.... please, it is your duty as another person on the internet to in-politely tell me how wrong I am :) "The dreaded 2nd windshiled wiper swipe when you turn it off its almost like tis showing you that it's boss, and it doesn't have to stop when you tell it to :("-College Boy (discussion on ptu relocation) "No good reason to put it there anyway. -Bernie (NoVA) False -vorpalZ False. -Bernie (NoVA) You're correct, there are 3 good reasons -vorpalZ False. -Bernie (NoVA) Wow, right again, just remembered another, make that 4 -vorpalZ" XD
